One Page Profiles encourage a person centred approach. At Priory Infant School we have developed our One Page Profiles with pupils, parents and staff so that they present a summary of what matters and is important to that young person and how to support them.  The One Page Profile enables class teachers to personalise learning.  It allows pupils a view and gives parents to share their expertise on how to support their child.  The One Page Profile allows sharing of information between staff and can be customised or adapted to suit the needs of the learner.
