At Priory Park PreSchool we use an Invoice System called SCOPAY.
It is a live system and you can see instantly what is owed and what you have paid. Your child’s Funded Sessions and Fee-Paying Sessions are populated each half-term. You can review your statement and print receipts. A QR Code is allocated to you on the day your child starts at the PreSchool that will allow you to access your account.
Payments can be made, through the SCOPAY app by debit card or credit card, weekly, monthly or half-termly.
Understanding SCOPAY Invoice and/or Statement:
Invoices/Statements will show your child’s sessions each week. There will be a letter code indicating the type of session.
| Cost per Session | SCOPAY Code | |
| Funded Session | NO Charge | F |
| 2-3 year Fees | £6.50 x 3 hours = £19.50 | A |
| 3-4 year Fees | £6.00 X 3 hours = £18.00 | B |
| Adjusted 2-3 year Session | £6.50 x 2 hours = £13.00 | C |
| Adjusted 3-4 year Session | £6.00 x 2 hours = £12.00 | D |
| EYPP Session | NO Charge | E |
| PreSchool Closed | X |
There is a separate Hot Lunch invoice statement. Entries are made daily upon your child’s receipt of the lunch and are coded as follows:
| Cost per Meal | SCOPAY Code | |
| Chargeable Hot Lunch | £2.45 | L |
| Free School Meal | NO Charge | S |
| EYPP Meal | NO Charge | E |
| PreSchool Closed | X |
We also accept payment for Fees and Hot Lunches by Tax Free Childcare, Universal Credit Childcare or Childcare Vouchers. If using this form of payment, you will need to pay directly into our PreSchool Bank Account. Once reconciled a credit will be made on your Child’s SCOPAY account. If you wish to pay via one of these methods, please contact the PreSchool Office for the bank details.
Non Payment of Fees
If there are any difficulties with paying fees, please speak to the PreSchool Manager or Administrator who, in confidence, will discuss and agree a payment plan. Please see our Fees & Payment Policy.
