Attendance

 If your child is going to be absent for any reason, you must either email or ring the school office. Please do not leave absences messages on Tapestry. You can leave a message on the absence line, but please make sure you leave your child's name, class and a reason for the absence. If your child is ill, it really helps if you can say what they are suffering from. This helps us to track illness throughout the school and enables us to warn parents of children with low immunity.

If your child has a medical or dental appointment we also need to see proof of the appointment. You can provide this by sending a copy or photo of the appointment letter or email to office@park.cambs.sch.uk

If the appointment is in the morning, we will also need to know your child's lunch choice for that day. 

Requests for special leave of absence must be made in writing.
